You don't have to be athletes. It's enough that you're a team.

Throughout the autumn I'm offering climbing courses focused on the things that are hard to build in an office — trust, cooperation and communication. On the wall it quickly becomes clear how a team divides up roles, how people belay one another, and how they talk to each other under pressure. And most importantly: they take that experience back to work with them.

The course rests on three things:

• For everyone. I adapt the pace to individual needs, and no previous experience is required.
• A real experience. Practical skills in a safe environment, with expert guidance.
• Stronger team. Colleagues become teammates — on the wall and in the office.

Do 30. 9. lze navíc kurz / teambuilding rezervovat za zvýhodněných cenových podmínek – 1200Kč / osoba pro desetičlennou skupinu. Kurz je možné uspořádat na umělé stěně v Novém Městě na Moravě či v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem a je vhodný pro skupinky 5 – 30 účastníků. Začínáme nezávaznou konzultací zdarma — sejdeme se, popovídáme si o tom, co váš tým potřebuje, a podle toho navrhnu program.
