Ka\u017ed\u00fd &#8222;tah&#8220;, ka\u017ed\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1hy a ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fachop maj\u00ed sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam. Jde o to vydr\u017eet. Va\u0161e ruce se t\u0159esou, svaly p\u00e1l\u00ed a mozek v\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee u\u017e nem\u016f\u017eete. Ale pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee jste na konci sv\u00fdch sil, nast\u00e1v\u00e1 okam\u017eik, kdy se vytrvalost st\u00e1v\u00e1 va\u0161\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edtelem. Je to motor, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s poh\u00e1n\u00ed vp\u0159ed, i kdy\u017e se zd\u00e1, \u017ee benz\u00edn u\u017e do\u0161el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fyzick\u00e1 vytrvalost: Jde o v\u00edc ne\u017e jen svaly<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Vytrvalost v lezen\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 fyzickou kondic\u00ed. P\u0159edstavte si sv\u00e9 t\u011blo jako stroj, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje b\u00fdt precizn\u011b vylad\u011bn. Ruce i nohy mus\u00ed vydr\u017eet dlouh\u00e9 minuty neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho pohybu nahoru. Druh\u00e1 polovina zahrnuje va\u0161i <strong>ment\u00e1ln\u00ed odolnost<\/strong>. Kolikr\u00e1t jste m\u011bli pocit, \u017ee u\u017e to nezvl\u00e1dnete? Ka\u017ed\u00fd tah je t\u0159eba promyslet, ka\u017ed\u00fd pohyb m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 d\u016fsledky. N\u011bkdy to znamen\u00e1 zastavit se, nadechnout, naj\u00edt pevn\u00fd bod a znovu se zamyslet nad strategi\u00ed.
