Nyn\u00ed se poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat, pro\u010d a jak m\u016f\u017ee tato \u010dinnost transformovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy pracovn\u00edch skupin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mal\u00e9 i velk\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed skupiny \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto na st\u011bn\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bme u velikosti t\u00fdmu. A\u0165 u\u017e m\u00e1te mal\u00fd start-up o p\u011bti lidech, nebo korpor\u00e1tn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed se \u010dty\u0159iceti zam\u011bstnanci \u2013 lezen\u00ed na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b se p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed. Pro men\u0161\u00ed skupiny je lezen\u00ed skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k d\u016fv\u011brn\u00e9mu propojen\u00ed. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to aktivity se mohou jednotliv\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 l\u00e9pe poznat nejen na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale i na lidsk\u00e9 rovin\u011b. P\u0159edstavte si dva kolegy, kte\u0159\u00ed se na porad\u00e1ch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nebav\u00ed \u2013 na st\u011bn\u011b ale jeden jist\u00ed druh\u00e9ho, a najednou mezi nimi vznik\u00e1 nov\u00fd druh d\u016fv\u011bry. Takov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky nelze vytvo\u0159it v konferen\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edstnosti. Naopak, pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdmy nab\u00edz\u00ed lezen\u00ed mo\u017enost rozd\u011blit se do men\u0161\u00edch skupin nebo rotovat na n\u011bkolika trat\u00edch, co\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci a interakci mezi lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed se b\u011b\u017en\u011b v pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed nepotk\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Nov\u00e1\u010dek se m\u016f\u017ee c\u00edtit nejist\u011b a st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 nemus\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, jak ho p\u0159irozen\u011b zapojit. Lezen\u00ed na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b je v\u0161ak ide\u00e1ln\u00edm prost\u0159edkem, jak prolomit ledy. P\u0159edstavte si situaci, kdy nov\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec pot\u0159ebuje p\u0159i lezen\u00ed d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovat kolegovi, kter\u00fd ho jist\u00ed. To je okam\u017eik, kdy se buduje vztah na \u00farovni, kterou nelze simulovat b\u011b\u017enou kancel\u00e1\u0159skou interakc\u00ed. Nav\u00edc lezen\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed momenty, kdy se odkl\u00e1daj\u00ed rozd\u00edly v hierarchii. Nov\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00fdmu a zku\u0161en\u00fd mana\u017eer jsou na st\u011bn\u011b na stejn\u00e9 \u00farovni \u2013 oba se u\u010d\u00ed nov\u00e9 dovednosti, oba \u010del\u00ed stejn\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m. Tento rovnost\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup p\u0159irozen\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed prostor pro otev\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed komunikaci a rychlej\u0161\u00ed za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00fdmy s komunika\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my \u2013 mluvit je nutn\u00e9, d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovat nezbytn\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm \u010del\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00edm bari\u00e9r\u00e1m \u010di probl\u00e9m\u016fm s d\u016fv\u011brou. Mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee kolegov\u00e9 pracuj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 vedle sebe ne\u017e spolu. Lezen\u00ed na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b je v tomto ohledu doslova kouzeln\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Jakmile jeden \u010dlen t\u00fdmu za\u010dne l\u00e9zt, je zcela odk\u00e1z\u00e1n na jistotu a podporu sv\u00e9ho partnera dole. Mnoho lid\u00ed si mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159i slov\u011b \u201elezen\u00ed\u201c p\u0159edstav\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed horolezce, kte\u0159\u00ed dob\u00fdvaj\u00ed strm\u00e9 sk\u00e1ly, ale realita na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b je zcela jin\u00e1. Tato aktivita je vhodn\u00e1 pro \u00fapln\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky i zku\u0161en\u00e9 lezce, pro mlad\u0161\u00ed i star\u0161\u00ed generace. A co je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 lezen\u00ed nen\u00ed o fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edle, ale o technice, trp\u011blivosti a schopnosti p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky. Um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bny jsou navr\u017een\u00e9 tak, aby nab\u00edzely r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b obt\u00ed\u017enosti. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk si m\u016f\u017ee vybrat trasu, kter\u00e1 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 jeho schopnostem. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdstup je jako projekt \u2013 pln\u00fd men\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba p\u0159ekonat krok za krokem. Jisti\u010d je jako podpora t\u00fdmu, kter\u00e1 v\u017edy stoj\u00ed za v\u00e1mi, a ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo zdol\u00e1 sv\u016fj c\u00edl, symbolizuje \u00fasp\u011bch cel\u00e9ho kolektivu. A co je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00fd se na st\u011bn\u011b u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fasp\u011bch nen\u00ed o individu\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdkonu, ale o t\u00fdmov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lezen\u00ed na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b je tedy skute\u010dn\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00edm teambuildingem, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l prom\u011bnit jak\u00fdkoliv t\u00fdm v soudr\u017enou jednotku.
